Here is an article I found when searching for some info on florida background checks and I think this article on public records is quite good.
The site contains information- and indexes- on documents recorded into the Official Broward County Records, Florida. The records searchable are from the period between January 1th 1978 up to present date and images of the actual documents recorded since August 1998 are also available but the images load incredibly slow sometimes.
That being said there are ways to get these kinds of searches done easy fast and quick online by going to the This Link and do a search from there you’ll have your records in five minutes or less.
